COOXS

COOXS was founded in late 2018 by Gerard Jansen and Christiaan Morren in Kootwijkerbroek. The brand is known for its luxury outdoor kitchens, which combine indoor quality with outdoor comfort. With three product lines—Core, Concepts, and Create—COOXS serves customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and beyond.

Challenge

COOXS excelled at custom work, but that positioning primarily appealed to a narrow target audience. The Create line generated high project values but limited scalability. The goal: an 80/20 ratio between standard lines and custom work, without compromising on luxury. Reward took on this challenge head-on.

The Reward approach

We started out with a clear conviction: isolated campaigns across different channels do not drive sustainable growth. COOXS needed a comprehensive funnel that guides potential customers from initial inspiration to a signed contract. Together, we built a “see-think-do” funnel in which SEO, SEA, and social ads flow seamlessly into one another.

During the awareness phase, we used social media ads to widely showcase COOXS’s luxurious image. The magazine served as a central lead magnet: a tangible source of inspiration that potential customers were happy to provide their contact information for.

During the planning phase, we shifted our SEO focus. Whereas we had previously focused primarily on custom terms, we now also targeted broader search queries related to the Concepts line. Many potential customers first explore product categories before considering custom solutions. By being visible there, we captured the right intent at the right moment.

During the "do" phase, targeted SEA campaigns directed customers with purchase intent straight to the showroom appointment process. No detours, no distractions. Anyone who was looking came in.

The strength lay in the synergy. Paid Social brought in the right people, the magazine captured their inspiration, and the configurator translated that into concrete purchase intent. Each channel reinforced the next.

Exceeded all expectations

In the first nine months, we achieved results that exceeded our original target:

  • Magazine downloads: Over 2,000 requests, a substantial database of qualified leads
  • Conversions: More than 1,100 key events, of which 60% were magazine downloads and 31% were configurator requests
  • Paid Social as a driver: Nearly half of all conversions, with just a quarter of the traffic
  • Engagement: Visitors 17% more engaged than in the previous period
  • Sales: The full budgeted sales target was achieved
  • Product Development: A new, more accessible Core line launched based on insights from the lead database

The database therefore not only generated revenue, but also provided strategic input for the new Core line.
