SEO specialist
The SEO team at Reward is looking for a new experienced employee. The role of SEO specialist at Reward is full of challenges and opportunities. You will work independently on your own clients. You will translate the client's goals into a clear SEO strategy. This strategy will not only include Google, but will also ensure that the client can be found in LLMs, on social media channels, and in AI overviews. From a strong technical foundation to creating content for every search intent, you will handle it all.

What will you do as an SEO specialist?
- You take responsibility for your own customers. You are the point of contact and ensure that the customer knows exactly what is being done and what the results will be.
- You work according to the organic strategy, seamlessly knowing how to use multiple channels to be found organically.
- Every day, you work on optimizing and automating your own work in order to help our customers as effectively as possible.
- Every month, you check the technology used by your own customers. You can easily perform a technical audit and discuss the results with a developer.
- You develop the best texts according to your own content planning. You do this using automation, but you check whether this text will really score well.
- You are always proactive when it comes to the customer's results. Are things going downhill? Then you know exactly what adjustments to make to get things back on track.
What are we looking for in you?
- An SEO specialist with at least 2 years of experience (agency experience is an advantage).
- You know exactly how to use programs such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, and n8n.
- You work neatly and in a structured manner according to the quarterly plans in Monday.
- You are adept at performing and interpreting analyses. Based on these findings, you adjust the strategy.
- You work independently and proactively, you know how to motivate everyone and convince them of the best organic strategy for your customers.
