Creative Content Specialist

Creative Content Specialist

Are you someone who thinks visually and knows how to capture people's attention with images and design? Someone who can create compelling banners and videos that trigger scroll stoppers and deliver results? Then we are looking for you.

About Reward

We are Reward: a full-service online marketing agency based in Noordwijk with over 80 clients, a team of specialists, and one goal: to work hard to achieve the best results.

SEO, SEA, Meta Ads, video, email, or CRO—we have it all. We continue to optimize, give sharp advice, and deliver work we are proud of. But we don't do that in a boring open-plan office. For us, fun comes first: quarterly meetings, summer barbecues, Christmas dinners, a catered lunch every Thursday, and a fridge that's always full. Energetic, determined, and all pulling in the same direction. That's Reward.

What are you going to do?

As a Content Specialist, you are the creative force behind videos and visual content that really convert. You film, edit, design, and come up with concepts that are not only beautiful but also deliver results. From a catchy banner that immediately convinces to a well-thought-out LinkedIn series: you know exactly how to convey a message visually and touch people with images and design.

You will work closely with all disciplines within Reward. Today you will design conversion-driven banners for Postmus' social ad campaign, tomorrow you will create search volume-driven reels for Krommenhoek Metals, and the day after tomorrow you will work on brand visuals for a new client. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it so great. You will ensure that the content of our 80+ clients continues to convert, surprise, and stand out.

On shooting days, you set out well prepared. The script is ready, and you know exactly what you need to capture on camera. It's up to you to convey the message as compellingly as possible, and you really make a difference in the editing process. No shooting day? Then you dive into Figma to design banners, carousels, thumbnails, and other visuals that are not only beautiful but also convincing and convertible. Or you jump into Premiere to give that one video that little bit extra. You are a creative jack-of-all-trades who feels at home behind the camera, in the editing room, and in Figma.

What are you bringing?

Graphic design & visual persuasion

You design banners, visuals, and ads that immediately grab attention and convince. You have a feel for typography, hierarchy, color, and composition, and you work smoothly in Figma with components, styles, and grids. You effortlessly translate brand guidelines into strong, conversion-driven designs that are not only beautiful but also deliver results.

Filming & visual storytelling

You translate an idea into a shot list and shooting schedule. Framing, lighting, audio, and basic camera settings hold no secrets for you. While filming, you are already thinking about the edit and directing people to get the perfect take. You make sure that every shot counts.

Video editing & pacing

You edit smoothly with a sense of tempo and rhythm. Color correction, audio clean-up, subtitling, and templates are no problem for you. And perhaps most importantly, you know exactly when something is good enough and when it needs that little bit extra to really shine.

Creativity with a purpose

Your ideas are not only creative or beautiful, they also fit the brand and the KPI. You come up with multiple concepts from different angles and process feedback without ego.
